Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer (SEPA), and Klarna. All prices include VAT (21% BTW) and are displayed in euros. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards.

If payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be notified of any payment issues and given the opportunity to provide alternative payment information.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If a product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide options: wait for restock, choose an alternative product, or cancel the order for a full refund. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on shipping destination and carrier.

Product Warranty

All products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product but is typically 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or damage from improper care.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or return of the product for inspection. If the product is found to be defective under warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
