Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch consumer law (Wet koop op afstand) and the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• The product must be returned in the original packaging
• All labels, tags and accessories must be present
• The product must not show signs of use, damage or wear
• The product must be returned within the 14-day return period

Cost of Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order. In that case, we bear the return costs.

Return Process

Follow these steps to return a product:

1. Contact us via email or phone to request your return
2. We will send you a return form and instructions
3. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging
4. Add the return form to the package
5. Ship the package to the specified return address
6. We confirm receipt and process your refund within 14 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used or damaged
• Products that are not returned in original packaging
• Products for which the return period has expired
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products that have hygienic reasons (if applicable)

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to bear such costs or we have failed to inform you that you must bear such costs.

General Legal Requirements

This return policy is in accordance with Dutch consumer legislation, including:

• The Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), Book 7, Title 1 (Purchase Agreement)
• The Distance Selling Act (Wet koop op afstand)
• The European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
• The Dutch Consumer Protection Act (Wet bescherming consumenten)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving a product without giving a reason. This right applies to distance contracts and off-premises contracts.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order at any time before it is shipped. Contact us immediately to request cancellation. If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel it. If cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, it falls under the return policy. You have 14 days from receipt to return the product for a full refund, subject to the return conditions outlined above.

For custom or personalized items, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun. We will notify you if cancellation is not possible and provide options.

Refund Procedure

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Standard delivery costs are refunded. However, if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
